Does the QR need a battery?+
No. Paw2Home uses a normal printed QR code, so there is nothing to charge.
What if the QR gets damaged?+
Log in to your Paw2Home account and download the same permanent QR again.
Does a finder need the Paw2Home app?+
No. Most modern smartphone cameras can scan QR codes directly.
Can I edit a Basic profile?+
No. Basic is designed as a simple low-cost permanent contact profile. Upgrade that pet to a paid editable plan if you need to change the profile information.
What does Smart include?+
Smart adds an editable finder profile, pet photo, approved safety and medical selections, vet details, Lost Mode and finder location sharing.
What does Pro include?+
Pro includes the Smart finder features for up to five pets, plus custom finder notes and additional private pet-care tools.
Can I have more than one Basic or Smart pet?+
Yes. Additional Basic or Smart pets can be added individually and will have their own applicable one-off or annual charge.
Does the QR change when I edit a Smart or Pro profile?+
No. The printed QR stays the same while the information behind it can be updated.
